At Love Guided Living Ministry you will not find dogma or rules, and will certainly not be judged as we recognize that each of us are on our own spiritual life journey. Our purpose is to hopefully stimulate your thinking about your own life and to provide practical tools for incorporating spiritual principles and the Divine’s love in your everyday life.

There have been many wonderful and powerful books written that delve deeply into Oneness, Divine teachings, and universal love. Our “Resource” section contains useful links to these amazing works, we encourage you to explore.

We will incorporate many of the teachings found in these books, along with our own insights to help you flourish in your own Empowered Life. It is important to remember that these teachings are reflective of the thinking and experiences of the individual authors. These become tools for every individual to reach their own conclusions and truth.

The Real You

All living beings and inanimate objects are comprised of vibrational energy. In humans and other sentient beings this vibrational energy is commonly referred to our souls.

Our souls vibrate at very high energy levels that are above the comprehension of the physical body. For our souls to experience a physical manifestation the soul must reduce its vibrational level. However, as the spiritual journey progresses your vibrational levels increase and allow an individual to begin to “feel” and communicate with your soul. Further spiritual development increases our ability to communicate vibrationally with other souls and also with the Divine Spirit (God). 

While development along a spiritual journey is unique for all who decide to embark on this, there are many techniques and tools that help clarify what is happening along the way and to help you to progress further.

A critical aspect of this enlightenment is to develop discernment skills that allow you to differentiate between ego driven narratives of the journey and heart centered growth. Basically, if it's coming from your head it is ego driven and if from the heart it is heart or spirit centered. Another measurement is if the thought or action is love based or fear based since all spirit centered communication is grounded in pure love, without exception.

It is also critical to establish a perspective that we are spiritual beings living in a physical manifestation. When this perspective becomes a way of life, you will view your own life, the lives of others, and all experiences in a totally different manner. Destructive thoughts and possibly actions such as hatred, bigotry, resentment, self-abuse, and violence against all beings becomes unthinkable. The perspective of “good” and “bad” also changes as you begin to experience everything as an opportunity to learn. Your feelings about the experience will still be felt but those experiences formerly viewed as “bad” will not devastate or depress you. In fact, you will find that you will begin to comprehend that the Universe is truly supporting you and even though the experience did not work as expected or hoped for, you have gained valuable experience and insight. It has been said, that navigating through the trying times prepares us for our next greatest expression of ourselves. It is important to note that when you find that you are reverting back to your egoic mind it becomes much easier to again become heart centered.

Finally, once you accept that you are a spiritual being having a physical manifestation at this time you suddenly realize that fear is no longer a controlling factor in your life. Certainly, you still will be able to recognize when you are facing physical danger and take action to hopefully avoid the danger, however fear will no longer stop you from truly growing and enjoying your life. You will experience a new-found freedom and will begin to live with increasing love, joy, and peace. The concept of heaven on earth becomes a reality!
