An understanding that everything is one with the Divine will naturally create many questions in most people, particularly those who have spent many years living under the belief that we are separate from God. 

Obviously, as you look around you, people and animals all look different, and inanimate objects don’t even breath. So how can we be one with the Divine?

The answer to this question requires a basic understanding of what energy is and where it comes from. Science has proven that all things exist because of energy that vibrates at differing frequencies. This principal applies not just to life on earth but to everything throughout the universe. There’s the “universe” word again. 

Effectively, this energy is created by the Universe (or God) and is transformed into both visible and invisible matter by shifting the frequency of the vibrating energy.

Therefore, everything that exists, including humans, is derived from this Universal (God) energy vibrating within our universe. The human (and all other) soul is a portion of this Divine energy level. 

An example of this is the standard light bulb. When electrical energy is applied to the light bulb, the electrical energy is transformed into light energy. The light bulb glows brightest at its center and as the rays of light energy radiate outward they will separate into “points” of light. These “points” of light correspond to our souls.

At this level of understanding, every soul is an image of the Divine (God).
